Board of Directors

The foundation’s board of directors is responsible for the charity’s good governance. Directorship positions are unpaid volunteer roles. Appointments are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and last for three years. Members of the Moorabool community are invited to submit expressions of interest at any time. If there are no current vacancies, expressions of interest will be held over and reviewed when a vacancy arises.
